Customer Support & Community Engagement Specialist

Flight Crew View is growing! We're looking for at least two enthusiastic flight attendants to join our team and help provide outstanding customer support, community engagement, and optionally, contribute creative ideas for our social media channels.

Why Flight Attendants?

We're specifically looking for flight attendants because your daily interactions with passengers and crew members uniquely equip you with exceptional customer support and problem-solving skills. Your firsthand experience with airline life, crew culture, Flight Crew View, and providing empathetic service makes you a perfect fit for this role.

Social Media Experience (Optional)

We're looking to hire multiple customer support specialists, but at least one candidate will help manage content ideation and social media channels. If you have experience or interest in social media, great! If not, please still apply. Most positions won't require these skills.

Role Description:

• Be available on a rotating schedule to answer email (approx. 10-15 emails/day)
• Work remotely, with flexible scheduling (approximately 5-10 hours/week)
• Engage with our vibrant pilot and flight attendant community
• (Optional) Assist in creating authentic content for social media channels

Ideal Candidate

• Current Flight Attendant
• Familiar with (or willing to quickly learn) Flight Crew View's extensive features
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
• Comfortable interacting on social media (or eager to learn)
• Reliable and responsive with flexible availability

Compensation

This is a part-time, 1099 contractor position. Compensation will be structured as a fixed weekly rate, depending on your assigned role and relevant experience:

• Customer Support Specialist: $200-$300 per week (approx. 5-10 hrs/week)
• Customer Support & Social Media Specialist: $350-$500 per week (approx. 10-15 hrs/week), with additional hours available for special projects
