Customer Support & Community Engagement Specialist

Flight Crew View is growing! We're looking for at least two enthusiastic flight attendants to join our team and help provide outstanding customer support, community engagement, and optionally, contribute creative ideas for our social media channels.

Why Flight Attendants?

We're specifically looking for flight attendants because your daily interactions with passengers and crew members uniquely equip you with exceptional customer support and problem-solving skills. Your firsthand experience with airline life, crew culture, Flight Crew View, and providing empathetic service makes you a perfect fit for this role.

Social Media Experience (Optional)

We're looking to hire multiple customer support specialists, but at least one candidate will help manage content ideation and social media channels. If you have experience or interest in social media, great! If not, please still apply. Most positions won't require these skills.
